Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: sale items, and used products are non-returnable.
Process:
1. Submit a return request at returns@blidzkart.com with your order details.
2. Upon approval, ship the product back to our return address provided in the email.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Eligibility: Refunds are processed for eligible returns upon receiving and inspecting the item.
Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping charges.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Shipping Charges: Standard shipping is free for orders above ₹5,000. A nominal charge applies for orders below this amount.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed.
